Recent development of Electrical vehicles, and portable devices requires high capacity and energy density batteries.
Many other researches were conducted to develop electrical performance of the batteries.
Such as doping, electrode surface modification and etc.
However closer research in atomic and electronic scale research was barely accomplished. Our group closely
investigate the structural or electrical phenomenon, utilizing PLS(Pohang Light Source). We expect this research will
provide fundamental understanding of battery performance in atomic scale and further development of high
capacity and energy density energy.
